Michael Paul Consultancy is run by professional property experts in the leisure sector.
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the BH&HPA, and British Marine.
We have over 50 years’ industry relevant experience and our industry professionals are vastly experienced in marinas and leisure parks.
We can undertake a variety of functions and services, including due diligence, site appraisals, valuations, planning applications, site agency and professional consultancy.
We have a proven track record with over 50 years’ experience within the industry, but we are still keen to grow, and we put our clients first in order to achieve this. We have offices in Scotland and the Midlands, with our Head Office situated in Bristol. We possess the knowledge, experience and willingness to travel nationwide to represent our clients’ interests.
We undertake work for financial institutions, insurance companies, government organisations, trading standards, solicitors, manufacturers, park operators and landowners.
Why Sell Though Us?
We can undertake a detailed assessment process and create a bespoke marketing brochure in order to advertise your site for sale. We will distribute the brochure to our industry contacts as well as publishing on industry websites and our own website. To prepare our marketing information, we will first visit the site, arrange site plans and EPCs (where appropriate), create mapping data, and undertake the necessary legal and financial enquiries to facilitate the sale.
We offer a premium service which includes an online marketing video that will be featured across social media platforms as well as our own website and industry websites. This service provides a highly edited marketing video, which provides key marketing information as well as using drones and other equipment to give bird’s-eye views of the site for prospective buyers.
We can also advertise sites for Joint Venture (JV) and tender, as well as regularly undertaking site-finding services for park operators.
