As well as sales and planning services, we can undertake a wide range of condition and valuation surveys. As qualified Chartered Surveyors who are also RICS “Registered Valuers”, we offer a wide range of valuations in compliance with the RICS Professional Standards Red Book, including:

We can inspect anything from individual units to entire parks or marinas, identifying faults, irregularities and illegal uses. Our report can then be utilised in the proactive management of the park.

Due Diligence

We have undertaken several due diligence instructions in recent years on behalf of park owners and purchasers, assessing buildings, infrastructure drainage, and on-site assets prior to purchase.

Expert Witness Reports

We have undertaken several of these instructions on behalf of legal firms and trading standards. We also have court and tribunal experience with cross-examination. All of our reports are Civil Procedure Rules-compliant and can cover condition, planning, licensing or valuation based topics.

Insurance Surveys

Should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to make a claim for insurance purposes, we act as a specialist for the likes of GoldShield, RSA, Sedgwick, Lucas Claims Solutions, Bickley Chartered Loss Adjusters and Lloyd’s of London.
