Michael Paul Consultancy is run by professional property experts in the leisure sector.

We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the BH&HPA, and British Marine.

We have over 50 years’ industry-relevant experience and our industry professionals are vastly experienced in marinas and leisure parks.

We can undertake a variety of functions and services, including due diligence, site appraisals, valuations, planning applications, site agency and professional consultancy.

As well as acting as agents, undertaking standard marketing for businesses and land owners, we can also act for purchasers, whether performing as an acquisition agent approaching parks or marinas on your behalf or assessing parks you are acquiring via our experienced due diligence team.
