Acting for a multi park operator, we sourced and negotiated the purchase of a touring park that had development potential to convert to a residential park, which was subsequently developed.

We have achieved multiple successful planning approvals from single homes to large parks.
Regularisation
We acted for Pentney Lakes in achieving approval for a new application to achieve regularisation and extension of the previous permission, which was successfully achieved.
