Michael Paul Consultancy in its current form was founded in 2020 bringing together two independent consultants in Michael Paul and David Broadhead. Michael previously established Paul & Co before becoming a director at Colliers. David formed DCB Leisure and has over 15 years’ experience in advising the UK tourism sector, acting in both the marina and the holiday park segments.
The company has since flourished and now deals with businesses of all sizes, from small boutique brands and family-owned companies through to large corporate clients.
The company is accredited by the RICS, BH&HPA and British Marine.
We can undertake a wide range of professional services for existing park operators and potential park purchasers.
