Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) as well as being a member of the Valuer Registration Scheme. He has over 40 years’ experience advising the UK holiday park sector. Michael previously worked for Paul & Co and Colliers before establishing Michael Paul Consultancy. He has experience of dealing with businesses of all sizes, from small boutique brands and family-owned companies through to large corporate clients.
Michael is also the CEO of Caravan Sitefinder, the UK’s largest directory of holiday park listings, and Michael Paul Holidays, an online holiday lettings channel for ‘best in class’ holiday accommodation owners. Through these platforms, Michael has acquired a considerable amount of experience in marketing, business planning, and integration of API technology.
Michael has advised clients from LDC, the Caravan and Camping Club, Away Resorts, and Pears Capital.
