David Broadhead

David is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) as well as being a member of the Valuer Registration Scheme. David has over 15 years’ experience in advising the UK tourism sector, acting in both the marina and the holiday park segments. He has experience of dealing with businesses of all sizes, from small boutique brands and family-owned companies through to large corporate clients.
David heads the professional services side of the business, and specialises in valuation and planning. David has previously gained planning approval for several large schemes including Bosworth Lakeside Lodges and Whitbarrow Fields. Both were large schemes with lodge numbers in the hundreds after planning on greenfield sites.
David manages the due diligence process for acquiring clients, recently managing the asset team for Aquavista’s purchase of an 11-marina portfolio and Verdant’s acquisition of Golden Coast Park.David has advised clients from LDC, Aquavista, Aria Resorts, Omar, and Pears Capital.
